SMITH, Dallas William — On June 27, 1989 (suddenly), at home, precious only son of Brent and Barbara, and dearly loved brother of Kelly; in his 9th year. You left us so suddenly darling, we didn’t have time to say goodbye. You lived your life in full, scoring a goal, hitting a home run. May you find plenty of friends to play the game with that you so dearly loved. You have left a gap in our lives that no-one else will ever fill, our lives will not be the same without, our precious loving boy. We love you hundreds and thousands, millions and trillions. Goodbye our baby, we will dearly miss you — mummy and poppa. The Funeral service will be held at the Harewood Crematorium Chapel. 507 Johns Road, Christchurch, at 2.15 p.m. on Friday, June 30. You brought us so much joy and happiness in your short life, no words can describe the love we feel for you, we will sadly miss your loving ways and the way your cheeky smile could brighten up the dullest day. May you make many friends and bring a smile to the faces of all those you meet. You are one of a kind and will be dearly missed by everyone who knew you. We love you, darling — Nan and Gran.
