Candidate selection
The New Zealand Democratic Party candidate to contest the 1990 General Election in the Rangiora electorate will be selected at a meeting in Rangiora on June 26. Only one nomination has been received. Nomination of the candidate will be put to the meeting at 7.45 p.m. in the Presbyterian Hall. Only financial * members can volte and there must be a twtfthirds majority.
