Shaping up...
Here are some exercises that are especially good for developing upper body strength: TOP: Adjust your weight comfortably between your hands and feet while your abdomen faces upward. Straighten your arms comfortably so your hips lift.
BOTTOM: Bend your arms comfortably so your hips lower toward the floor. Keep your shoulders relaxed and in the proper alignment so they don’t creep upward. Repeat the movements 10 times, then repeat as desired. Suggested Music: “Tear Down These Walls,” by Billy Ocean.
