Sanctions
Sir,—When two Ministers, Messrs Moore and Marshall, agree on what sanctions to impose on South Africa, perhaps they could also work out the way to police those sanctions. The Ministers are no doubt aware that five former R.N.Z.A.F. (N.A.C.) DC3 aircraft are now owned by the South African Air Force. These Dakotas (which make ideal gunships) are ZKAQP, ZK-AQU, ZK-AWQ, ZKAZM, and ZK-ERI. Their S.A.A.F., numbers are 6846, 6863, 6858, 6865, and 6871. — Yours, etc. BILL REID. May 30, 1989.
