Town and County Clerk SEES PROPOSED STOPPING OF PORTION OF ROAD (SERVICE LANE) ANGELA STREET CHRISTCHURCH PURSUANT to the provisions of the Local Government Act 1974, public notice is hereby given that the Waimairl District Council proposes, under the provisions of the abovementioned Act, to stop an area of road (Service Lane) being unformed legal road situated in Angela Street, Christchurch, adjoining the land described in the Schedule below being Lot 3, on Deposited Plan 27320 and having an area of 212 sq m so that the land can be disposed of to the adjoining land owners. Further public notice is hereby given that a plan showing the area of land concerned together with the explanation as to the purpose to which the stopped road (Service Lane) will be put is available for Inspection at the Council Office at the corner of Jeffreys and Clyde Roads, Fendalton, during ordinary office hours.
