Attempt to resolve P.O. snag
New Zealand Post officials will meet the Mackenzie County Council today to attempt to resolve town planning problems which granted the doomed Twizel Post Office a temporary reprieve. A postal agency was to have replaced the Post Office from yesterday but it was discovered on Friday that agency work on the proposed site would breach the District Planning Scheme.
