Drugs arrest
PA Nelson The police arrested a man at Nelson Airport who allegedly had drugs sent to him by plane from Christchurch.
The 25-year-old was arrested on Sunday and charged with possession of heroin, cannabis, and instruments for taking drugs. Detective John Oakley said the man had arranged for the drugs to be sent to him by parcel. In the parcel was from half a gram to one gram of heroin, worth about $2OO and a small amount of cannabis.
