Shuzohra to race in Brisbane
PA Levin Shuzohra, the Cuddle Stakes and Noble Heights Stakes winner, is to be flown to Brisbane at the end of the month for a brief campaign. Trainer Errol Skelton said the Tattersall and Ipswich Cups would be the four-year-old mare’s primary aims. He • said Shuzohra had come through her emphatic win in the Noble Heights Stakes at Te Rapa last Saturday in great order. The previous Saturday she had proven too strong for an equally classy line-up in the Cuddle Stakes at Trentham. Both stakes races were run on soft ground.
Shuzohra has won nine of her 26 races and about $120,000 in stakes.
She is likely to be ridden in Brisbane by Erin Jillings, a former apprentice of Skelton who has been aboard in her last two wins. Shuzohra is booked to fly to Brisbane on May 29.
