Town Planning The Town and Country Planning Act 1977 HEATHCOTE COUNTY DISTRICT SCHEME PUBLIC NOTICE OF DISTRICT SCHEME CHANGE No. 13 HUNTSBURY SPUR THE Heathcote County Council has prepared a District Scheme Change. Through this Change, Council seeks to introduce 3 new zones covering an area of Huntsbury Spur above the existing urban area. The zones provide for limited subdivision and housing development on the lower slopes and the acquisition of the upper slopes by the Council aS' a public reserve. The Change may be inspected at the Heathcote County Council office, 66 Colombo Street, at the Heathcote Public Library and at the offices of Davie, Lovell-Smith, 47 Hereford Street, at any time when the above places are open to the public. Forms for submissions and objections (Form C) are available at the Council’s offices. Submissions and objections to the Change or any part thereof may be made by any body or person affected or representing some relevant aspect of the public interest.
