Each screen panel set comprises four rectangular sections bolted to each other to form a stack approximately 10.7 metres high by 2.7 metres wide and weighing approximately 2.6 tonnes. Screen panel sections are fabricated from standard mild steel flats and bars. Spragging .brackets are from cast SG iron. A high standard of welding, casting and galvanising is required with the contractor supplying all materials.
