Indian golfer star

PA Auckland Golfer Nonita Lail, who has played for India in the last seven Queen Sirikit Cup contests, was the individual star of a pre-tournament invitation event at the North Shore Golf Club yesterday. She shot a two-over 74 as the players from 12 countries joined local amateurs in the equivalent of a pro-am. New Zealand made by far the best showing of the competing teams.
