Our client has an exciting future and is looking for a senior executive with leadership abilities and a proven track record to join its senior management team. The Executive we require will manage a large segment of the New Zealand operation and will have an opportunity to grow with this progressive and soundly based organisation. The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications preferably in a business/commercial/marketing related discipline combined with a minimum of fifteen years broad commercial experience of which at least five years has been spent in a senior management role. As a result of this background, he or she will have the ability to manage at operational level and the vision to contribute to the longer term direction of the organisation. He or she will be used to assuming a high profile leadership function and will have strong interpersonal skills developed through an effective approach to managing people. Probably aged 35-45, the person we seek will be looking tor a challenge for the future which will provide the opportunity to grow and develop further as a senior professional manager. Although ambition and aggression are key qualities, we are looking for a team person capable of working effectively within the corporate environment.
