Futures board
Mr Wayne Douglas, of Westpac Banking Corporation, has been elected a director of New Zealand Futures Exchange. He is the senior manager trading of the bank’s corporate investment banking group. Mr Douglas takes the seat on the board vacated by Mr Keith Sutton, of DFC New Zealand, who resigned last month.
