Mark Todd on course
Mark Todd will fulfill a life-long ambition when he tackles the world famous Grand National course this week-end.
The double Olympic three-day eventing champion will attempt to get around Aintree on a 15-year-old named Mr Tod as part of a charity fund raising contest. Six professional jockeys jumped around the Captain Mark Phillips-designed Gatcombe event course last week and on Sunday it will be the turn of the stars of the equestrian world, led by Todd, to take on Aintree.
