Application has been made to vary the conditions on the following rights: Variation of NCY 880230 A and B — E. A. Bennet, Cust Main Drain. That the conditions providing that the taking of water from the Cust Main Drain and tributaries for Irrigation purposes shall be rostered by all grantees to maintain at least 200 litres per second at Threlkelds Road gauging site be varied to allow Irrigation abstraction to be permitted whilst the flow In the Cust Main Drain Is at least 100 litres per second. Variation of NCY 870064 A - L. G. and G. E. Rennie, Selwyn River. That the condition providing that the taking of water from the Selwyn River and tributaries for Irrigation shall cease when the flow in the Selwyn River at Coes Ford is less than 1000 litres per second be waived. Variation of NCY 8700648 and C — L. G. ; and G. E. Rennie, Selwyn River. That the conditions providing that the taking of water from the Selwyn River and tributaries for Irrigation shall cease when the flow in the Selwyn River at Coes Ford Is less than 600 litres per second be waived. Submissions or Objections: The above applications may be examined at the office of the North Canterbury Catchment Boad, corner of Latimer Square and Worcester Street, Christchurch, during office hours. Any body or person may at any time within 28 days of this notice, lodge with the Board written submissions on any application or an objection to any application. Every objection shall be on the grounds that the applications would prejudice the objector’s Interests or the interests of the public generally, and shall be made In writing setting out the grounds on which the objector relies. Every objection shall be supported by a statutory declaration verifying the contents thereof, and shall be accompanied by a $2O deposit. Objection forms are available from the Board on request.
