The vehicles have been held In the Yard for a considerable time and it now appears that they have been abandoned. Notice is hereby given that it Is the Council’s intention to dispose of these vehicles to recover expenses incurred unless they are removed from the Yard by Monday, April 3, 1989. CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL PROPOSAL TO CLOSE ROAD TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC PURSUANT to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is hereby given that the Council, for the purpose of permitting the Rallies and Trials Enthusiasts’ Club (N.Z.) Inc. to hold a car hillclimb, proposes to close the following road to ordinary vehicular traffic for the period Indicated hereunder. During the proposed period of closure, the following provision will be made for ordinary vehicular traffic which would otherwise use the road: Emergency service vehicles or persons with urgent business within the closed area will be permitted access by marshals of the Rallies and Trials Enthusiasts’ Club (N.Z.) Inc.
