CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL PROPOSAL TO CLOSE ROAD TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC PURSUANT to the Transport (Vehicular Traffic Road Closure) Regulations 1965, notice is hereby given that the Council, for the purpose of permitting the Rallies and Trials Enthusiasts’ Club (N.Z.)
