PA Wellington Robt Jones Investments has contracted to buy 31 properties throughout Australia from Goodyear Tyres, on a long ■ term lease-back basis, for a total price of sAust24.Bs
million (SNZ33.I3M). Managing director, Mr David Moriarty, said in a statement the company’s Australian acquisitions so far this year exceeded sAustsoM and its world-wide portfolio comprised more than 170 commercial buildings.
