Public Notices A North Canterbury Catchment Board & Regional Water Board SPECIAL ORDER SCALE OF CHARGES FOR ADMINISTRATION, MONITORING AND SUPERVISION OF WATER RIGHTS NOTICE Is hereby given that the North Canterbury Catchment Board and Regional Water Board at Its Ordinary meeting held on March 3,1989, resolved by way of Special Order to fix a scale of charges for the administration, monitoring and supervision of water rights pursuant to the powers contained in Section 24K of the Water and Soil Conservation Act, 1967, as amended by the Water and Soli Conservation Act, 1987, Section 2. A copy of the proposed Special Order Is deposited at the offices of the Board, corner Latimer Square and Worcester Street, Christchurch, and will be open for public Inspection during office hours Monday to Friday, 8.30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and until 9.00 p.m. on Friday, April 7, 1989. The purport of the resolution Is to fix a scale of charges recoverable from the holders of water rights within the Board's region for defraying the costs of administration, monitoring and supervision of those water rights for the period ending June 30, 1990. The above resolution will be submitted to an Ordinary meeting of the Board to be held at the Board’s offices, corner Latimer Square and Worcester Street, Christchurch, on Friday, April 7, 1989, following the meeting of the Administration Committee of the Board commencing at 9.00 a.m. that day, for confirmation as a Special Order.
