The position is on the “Enquiries Desk” and the appointee will be responsible for much of the reader assistance, reference work and user education for Central Library Users. Duties also include online searching, overseas interloans, fulfilling incoming Interloan requests and some supervisory responsibility. Qualifications required are a Diploma in Librarianship, Library Studies Certificate or equivalent, plus relevant library experience preferably of at least two years. A University degree is desirable. Salary is in accordance with the Hospital Boards Clerical ’ Award.
