Guards for executives
PA Auckland Four executives of an Auckland-based property development company will have 24-hour security guards at their homes until the police find a man who allegedly threatened their lives. Detectives are searching for Mr Russell Stevens, a former consult-
ant of Kupe Investments, Ltd, to answer claims that he made the threats after demanding almost $900,000 from . senior Kupe executives. The Kupe chairman, Mr Peter Grayburn, said last evening that Mr Stevens had made the threats against himself and three other men at the end of a meeting on Wednesday.
