CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL FORESHORE SITE - NEW BRIGHTON INVITATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS THE CHRISTCHURCH CITY COUNCIL seeks submissions from developers, and investors for the use of a foreshore site on Marine Parade fronting the New Brighton Mall. The site is immediately behind the clock tower opposite the end of Seaview Road and has an area of 7873 sq m. This is a unique opportunity for a foreshore development close to a popular beach and busy shopping area.
