Strategic—Anzon talks
PA Wellington The directors of Strategic Capital have told the Stock Exchange in a letter that the company is having discussions with Anzon Investments. These discussions centre around the possibility of an association that would see both companies strengthened, the letter said.
Strategic Capital has been active in securing interests in Australia and expects to report further moves in that country in the near future. The Strategic chairman, Mr Terry Smith, said he was unable to give any further information while the two companies were in discussion.
