Transpac hearing adjourned
Applications to have Transpact Holdings, Ltd, the Christchurch based listed transport group, and TNL Freight, Ltd, a subsidiary company, wound up have been adjourned to February 27 by Master Hansen in the High Court after he was told that a statement of defence had been filed.
The winding up application against Transpac was filed by Southern Viking, Ltd, a Christchurch company, is claiming a debt for $111,687 for truck parts, servicing and labour supplied between July and October last year.
