REQUIREMENTS: • Proven experience in an autonomous senior management position with full profit centre accountability. • The maturity, resilience and leadership skills to direct and motivate multidisciplinary professional, management and support staff in the achievement of agreed objectives. • The presence and personality to establish sound relationships both internally and externally, combined with well honed political judgement and oral and written communication, negotiation and presentation skills. • A high level of business acumen and the strategic thinking ability which will ensure the development and successful implementation of a fully integrated Business Plan. • Although a strong empathy with the health care sector is essential, previous experience in this area is not a prerequisite.
