Mr Trevor Stevens, of Wigram Contractors, manoeuvres his front-end loader round the frontage of the new Court Buildings, in Durham Street, yesterday. The building is a blend of the old and the new with its solid copper roof and the incorporation of an existing gothic-style stone archway over the front entrance. The building is expected to be finished by the end of March.
