Legal advice sought
PA Wellington The Auckland driver, Paul Radisich, has decided to seek legal advice in an effort to overturn the penalty decision which cost him Sunday’s New Zealand Grand Prix motor race at Pukekohe. Radisich, who was penalised one minute for allegedly jumping the start in the 40-lap grand prix and was subsequently relegated to sixth position, lost his appeal against the penalty immediately after the race. The appeal was based on a technical fault with the Radisich car rather than human fault as judged by the race starter.
