Town Planning Town and Country Planning Act 1977 Christchurch City Council District Planning Scheme APPROVED CHANGE No. 10 APPENDIX R: 90 DEGREE PARKING STANDARDS CHANGE Number 10 to the City Plan was approved by resolution of the Christchurch City Council on December 19, 1988. The Change is described in the Schedule set out below. The Council resolved that the Change will become Operative on December 20, 1988. It slightly increases the depth of the parking space itself. A distinction is made between spaces for short term or long term parking. APPROVED SCHEME SECTIONS 69 ARMAGH STREET AND THE NORTHERN ARTERIAL The following sections of the District Planning Scheme under the Town and Country Planning Act 1977 for Christchurch were approved by the Council by resolution passed at its meetings held on February 15,1988 (69 Armagh Street) and November 21,1988 (Northern Arterial). This was after all objections and appeals relating to the Scheme sections had been disposed of and the Scheme amended accordingly. The Council resolved that the Scheme Sections shall come into operation on April 1,1988 (69 Armagh street) and December 1, 1988 (the Northern Arterial).
