Areco becomes Leisure Lea
PA Auckland Shareholders of Areco Corporation N 1 have approved a resolution to change the company’s name to Leisure Lea Corporation Nl, a move it says is designed to build on the group’s Australian goodwill and reputation. Directors see the majority of the group’s future activities in Australia, the annual meeting
in Auckland was told. The managing director, Mr Tracey Lake, said Areco’s future operating activities would be directed toward commercial and residential property development in and round Sydney. A concerted move would also be made into tourism, primary targets being the major coastal cities
