PRINCIPAL HOUSE OFFICER BEAUDESERT HOSPITAL BEAUDESERT, QUEENSLAND Applications are invited from medical practitioners for the position of Principal House Officer at Beaudesert Hospital during 1989, to share clinical duties with the Medical Superintendent. The position allows involvement in all aspects of General Medicine. Single accommodation is available. Beaudesert is situated within easy travelling distance to Brisbane, the Gold Coast and the National Parks of the Scenic Rim. Medical Staff at the hospital include a full-time Medical Superintendent, one principal house officer, one visiting general practitioner, anaesthetist and one visiting G.P. Obstetrician. The hospital has a daily average occupancy of 30 (including maternity and outpatient attendance of upward of 60 daily). This represents a good opportunity for a doctor to gain experience in all areas of country practice including obstetrics and minor surgery.
