NZI Capital Corp rating downgraded
NZPA-Reuter New York Standard and Poor’s said it had downgraded NZI Capital Corp, a unit of NZI Corp. The company's senior debt was cut to A-minus
from A-plus and commercial paper to A-2 from A1. Moody’s lowered to A-2 from A-l the commercial paper of NZI units, NZI Securities Australia and NZI Overseas Finance.
