The four laboratories of the Analytical Chemistry Section carry out routine analyses of dairy products and related foods for their main components, macro elements, trace elements and vitamins using modern analytical instruments. The appointee would be required to carry out specialist analyses, commission new methods, and carry out some of the research functions of the Section. This is a position for a person who is confident, innovative, able to work as part of a team and has the ability to supervise staff. Applicants should have a university science degree.
