The purport of the Bylaw is to alter the scheduled process fees to be paid, for different type of applications under the Clean Air Act 1972, and to lower the reusable heat release capacity from 100 kW to 40 kW for fuel burning equipment. The foregoing resolution will be submitted to an Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held in the Civic Offices, at 6.00 p.m. on Monday the 19th day of December, 1988, for confirmation by way of Special Order.
