Knowledge of the technology of seed production, purchasing, packaging and processing operations obtained through a minimum of five years experience in a relevant management role in the seed or an allied industry is essential. A commanding presence, first rate interpersonal skills and the vision to percieve and develop long term company goals are prerequisites.
