Students perform

When she found many of her classical singing students had trouble being convincing in dramatic roles, Lois Clausen decided to start music theatre tuition. In February seven students began taking weekly lessons in drama and movement as well as singing. As well as Lois Clausen the tutors included Stuart Devenie and Paul Barrett on drama, Jill Belcher on relaxation and Caroline Claver on movement. The culmination of the year’s efforts will be a performance entitled “Something Old, Something New” at the St Andrew’s College Theatrette, on Friday, at 7.30 p.m.
