Hotel seeks more staff
Unlucky applicants for work at the new Parkroyal Hotel in Christchurch have been given a second chance. The training personnel manager, Mr Graeme
Ham, said the hotel had been so busy in its first week more staff were being sought. Management were reinterviewing applicants who had missed in the
first round of employment for the 250 positions at the new hotel. Twenty more positions, in food and beverage and kitchen and housekeeping, needed to be filled, said Mr Ham.
