That the Lyttelton Borough Council hereby resolves by way of Special Order, pursuant to Section 34 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, to raise a loan of $lBO,OOO to be known as the Launch Loan 1988, to purchase a replacement launch, for at term of 15 years, at a market rate of interest. 2. That this Special Order be confirmed at the Ordinary meeting of the Council to be held on Monday, October 17, 1988.
