The Timelords’ “Doctorin’ the Tardis” moves up this week to threaten the Times Two rendition of “Cecilia,” an old Simon and Garfunkel song. Cyndi Lauper’s “Hole In My Heart,” leaps up as a re-entry into third place. Another oldie, “The Twist” by The Fat Boys, is up to the sixth slot, while “Sweet Child of Mine” (Guns ’N Roses) is the new entry at number 12. On the South Island albums charts, Kylie Minogue and Def Leppard hold on to the top two positions, with INXS (Kick) up to the third spot this week and Tracy Chapman up to fourth place.
