FUTURES BROKERS LIMITED (In Liquidation) NEW ZEALAND Futures Exchange Limited advises that claims for compensation from its Fidelity Fund by persons who have suffered pecuniary loss by reason of the liquidation of Buttle and Co. Futures Brokers Limited (in liquidation) arising from the deficiency between: (1) the amounts proved In the liquidation of Buttle and Co. Futures Brokers Limited by claimants in respect of debts arising from or in connection with Buttle and Co. Futures Brokers Limited’s dealing in futures contracts on the market operated by the New Zealand Futures Exchange Limited; and (2) the proportion of the available assets of Buttle and Co. Futures Brokers Limited which the liquidator has estimated will be payable to the claimant should be made in writing to the Exchange on or before 5 p.m. on Friday, December 30, 1988. Any claim not made by the time stipulated will be excluded and the Exchange will thereafter distribute the amount available from the Fidelity Fund in respect of Buttle and Co. Futures Brokers Limited having regard only to the admissible claims which have been received by the time stipulated. FIORENTINO INVESTMENTS LIMITED a duly incorporated, company having its registered office at Auckland has made Application to the Canterbury Licensing Commission for the grant of a Hotelkeepers Licence to it in respect of the United Services Hotel situated at Cathedral Square Christchurch. Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the grant of this application may, not later than fourteen (14) days from the date of the first publication of this Notice, file a Notice in writing his objection and of the grounds thereof with the Clerk of the Canterbury Licensing Committee at Christchurch. This is the second publication of this Notice.
