Sidewalk cafe

Walk into the new Rossinis sidewalk cafe in Clarendon Towers and two things will immediately catch your eye! The impressive flowing

canopy over the food service area, and the magnificent mural across the far wall of the cafe. Handpainted with great detail over several weeks by Tim Croucher, there is nothing quite like it in New Zealand. The outdoor sidewalk scene extends Rossinis down the street and into a new neighbourhood of people, creating a feeling of “being there.” The illusion is extended by the placement of real pillars to some of the archways of the mural. It is a marvellous backdrop for fashion shows, live entertainment, or just to look at while you enjoy some of the finest family food in town.
