Draft Section 3.1 Land and Water has been prepared for the United Council by the North Canterbury Catchment Board and Regional Water Board. Draft Scheme Section 3.1 sets out objectives and policies for the management of land, water and soll'resources in the Canterbury Region bounded by the Conway and Rakala Rivers and the main divide. The Draft Scheme Section may be Inspected at the following places.
