NZPA London The English Rugby Union has set up a special task force to ensure the game’s amateur laws are obeyed. The move follows concern that a recent 8.8. C. television programme in which New Zealand's David Kirk and Jonathan Davies, of Wales, criticised the rigidity of rugby’s amateur rules had given a false impression of the way the game was moving.
