Directors of National Pacific Corp have declared a second interim dividend of 1.5 c a share for the year ended June 30. The dividend will be payable on September 29 to beat the October I introduction of rules to tax bonus shares issued in lieu of dividends. This brings the total distribution for the year to date to 2.5 c a share (25 per cent).
