The changing situation in the Gulf has prompted the secretary of Middle East Gulf Lines, Mr John Hart, to announce a change in the War Risk Surcharge. The present war risk surcharge of plus 2.94 per cent will be amended to plus 2.68 per cent from September 13 when the vessel Planeta is due in New Zealand.
