A comic look at ‘normal’ lives
Tonight sees the start of a new comedy series “Married ... with Children” which looks at the supposedly normal lives of the Bundy family, an all-American household of
Mum, Dad, and the two kids, and the ways in which even the most minor incidents can throw this seemingly wellordered lifestyle into chaos.
“Married ... with Chil-
dren” stars Ed O’Neill as Al Bundy and Katey Sagal as Peggy Bundy. Sagal was last seen on New Zealand screens as Mary Tyler-Moore’s hard-bitten workmate in “Mary.”
Also starring are David Garrison and Amanda Bearse as Steve and Marcy Rhoades. “Married ... with Children” screens tonight at 10 on Two.
