Holdcorp tells of April sale
PA Wellington Holdcorp Group has told the Stock Exchange that it sold a subsidiary in April this year.
Directors of the Auck-land-based group said it had sold its shareholding in the Saunders Wood Group, Ltd. In terms of the agreement entered into at the time of acquisition, Holdcorp was entitled to resell the business to BLE Capital, Ltd. Saunders Wood Group operates in the custom kitchen pattern and joinery areas whereas Holdcorp Group’s interests are in commercial furniture lines.
