Well-dressing

Sir, —My capped artesian well is close by my door. I recently experienced a glow of pleasure in placing a posy thereon, in thankfulness for past and future years of pure water. I will try to make this happening an annual event. We cannot go wrong in showing our gratitude in some small way. Maybe we could have the grandchildren share this token of gladness with us. Have you an artesian well nearby on which to place a flower of thanks? — Yours, etc., (Mrs) IVY J. WALLACE. June 26, 1988.
