Pottery among animals
A large pottery exhibition next month will take place at a venue with a difference. The North Canterbury Potters Group will hold a three day display of its work at the Willowbank Wildlife Reserve in Husseys Road. The exhibition begins on Friday, July 15 and ends on Sunday, July 17.
the exhibition will feature the group’s work as well as that from guest potters from Wellington and Nelson.
Willowbank’s promotions officer, Shaun Maloney, says the new stone and wood building at the reerve “is quite complementary to the raw product displayed inside. The environment sets the work off.” fi-
