Man hit with brick
A man was hit on the head with a brick during ah attack in Linwood j Avenue early yesterday. | The . man escaped seri- j ous injury in the attack which occurred after three men burst into his house and demanded drugs. He took them to a shed in the back yard which housed three small cannabis plants. The victim was then struck with a brick. The offenders left with the plants, about $3O and a stereo amplifier from the lounge. The police stopped a car nearby and spoke with its three occupants. Men aged 39, 23 and 16 appeared in the District Court yesterday charged with aggravated robbery. The plants, cash and amplifier were recovered from the car.
