NABEC post
Mr David Bird has been appointed a director and general manager of National Australia Business Equity Consultants, Ltd' (NABEC). NABEC is part of National Australia Bank Group and is a wholly owned subsidiary of National Australia Bank’s merchant bank, First National, Ltd. It specialises in the acquisition and divestment of private or unlisted companies, and the introduction of equity partners into such companies. Mr Bird is a graduate of Melbourne University in both law and commerce and has practised as a solicitor and as an accountant.
