Hector’s dolphins
Sir,—ln reply to Mr Armstrong’s anecdotal evidence of set net mortality among Hector’s dolphins (May 27), I would say that I have been on this Earth for over 35 years and I have yet to directly witness a human being killed in a road accident. Yet reliable people tell me that many people die on our roads each year. I am inclined to believe them and not the evidence of my own eyes. — Yours, etc DAVID GREGORY. May 27, 1988.
